How it works
DSC makes scouting structured enough to compare. Every scout grades the same position-specific traits on the same 0–100 scale, where the number answers one question everywhere it appears: where would this trait alone get a player drafted?
That standard is what makes the consensus worth reading. A player's grade is the aggregate of every report submitted on them — and because those reports were all graded against the same anchors, aggregating them means something, rather than averaging numbers that meant different things to different people.
It's also what makes your own scouting measurable. Your reports sit alongside consensus trait by trait, so you can see exactly where you're higher or lower than the community and on which traits — not just that you disagreed, but where. Turning that into a real track record of how your evaluations hold up is where the platform is headed next.
